Arjun Sen is the founder of ZenMango and the author of Glad You Came. He has spent thirty years inside the rooms where the decisions were actually made: the boardroom where a billion-dollar online pizza business was conceived, the research labs where a category-defining product was built, the strategy sessions that redefined fast-casual, a small conference room with start-up leaders where a national bagel brand was born.
Sixteen of those years were spent inside Fortune 500 organizations, at the level where a decision is felt across thousands of locations, millions of customers and billions in revenue: McDonald's, Chipotle, Coca-Cola, Domino's, Walgreens, DaVita.
He did not leave to become a consultant. He left because the same quiet gap kept appearing: organizations brilliant at delivering the transaction, missing the feeling that decided whether anyone came back. Closing that gap, systematically, repeatably, at scale, became the practice.
He is also the author of The Feeling Business®, The Return Business, Customer Karma® and Wow One More®.
ZenMango is the Step Zero Growth Practice. It finds what prevents a business from winning and stays until it is fixed. Feeling Business® reveals the invisible cause, Return Business measures the evidence. Founded by Arjun Sen, ZenMango works with leadership teams who own the P&L.
